Directions: Wash your feet in warm water without detergent. Dry your feet thoroughly and apply an antiseptic to remove excess oil. Using disposable gloves to protect your hands, apply the softener to the rough areas of your feet and cover with a paper towel or thick napkin. Leave the softener on for the prescribed time—up to 6 minutes. Remove the film and remove any remaining softener with a napkin. Using an abrasive file or pumice stone, remove the softened layer of dead skin cells from your feet. Use a sanding file to smooth out any uneven areas. Rinse your feet in warm water to neutralize any acids. To complete the treatment, apply a moisturizing foot cream or lotion.
