The Potal color base collection embodies beautiful, delicate colors infused with multi-colored flakes. Bases with built-in decorative elements are always a great choice for those looking to add a splash of variety to a monochrome manicure while keeping it elegant. These bases have a consistency close to liquid, allowing for easy, fast, and thin leveling. They feature low acidity ($pH6.5$), medium pigmentation, and flexibility. They have no harsh odor. These bases require a prior application of a transparent base coat as a foundation.

How to use:

1. Apply dehydrator and ultrabond and wait for them to dry.

2. Apply a thin layer of Scotch Base and cure for 30 seconds in a 48W UV/LED lamp.

3. Apply the color base and perform the leveling. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W UV/LED lamp.

4. Apply a top coat of your choice and cure in a 48W UV/LED lamp.
